Is your friend referring to the Marvel versus Cryptic Studios/NCsoft (City of Heroes) lawsuit or a EULA court case ruling in South Korea and China, cases I'm not familiar with, albeit I do believe EULA cases in that region have been numerous as their online laws are more recognized and established compared to our own. As for North America mmog companies there are a few cases that come to mind: Blacksnow versus Mythic Entertainment (DAOC) and Blizzard versus BNETd.

If you need to send me an email for stalking or whatever, krones+plaguelands+com.

Krones need your help buddy. Any idea if an EULA has been exercised in court? Guildie of mine is insisting that it has, NCSoft according to him though I couldnt find a source, figured you'd be the guy to ask ;p

I know this this is off topic, couldnt figure out where to post it ;p

The official "night" is Monday night still. However, I've been only almost every night for about 2 weeks now. (Give or take a few lucky charms) We seem to have quite a few online at one time (usually towards the end of the day) so it isn't so deathly quiet.

I'm skilling up in EvE currently. Got the account(s) active and keeping the skills rolling until I come back. We've really gotten busy on Lightninghoof. We had 9 members on at one time last night. Pretty cool. I've gotten my main up to 41 with our level cap system. That system seems to work very well. I'm wanting to rush it, but it's great for the new members (mostly old friends from Silvermoon). It gives them a chance to catch up.

Funny thing. Last night my wife with to Ashenvale solo. I was cringing the whole time. She was ganked twice as a level 24 undead priest. I got a guildy to join me in going to help her with quests. Amazing how little ganking occurs when you have 2 41's escorting a 24. Run you ?? bastards!

Other than that, we've been having a blast. I know you're busy with life, but feel free to join us again sometime. We have many chars that are getting close to that 20 mark. Many who are just over it actually.

Nothing more fun than donkey punching a little gnome while she/he is resting. Love em and leave em I do. Now I have my mount I'm even more evil. For the Horde and all that shit!

I'm looking forward to testing the beta, (still waiting for confirmation) I'm certainly not excited or ecstatic if I compared those feelings of wonderment to say a hearty good fucking with a midget and then tossing her afterwards.

I've invested eons of time playing mmogs over the last six years and in the process all that experience has brought me to develop a cynical outlook, I've been ruined, but not completely.

One aspect I do enjoy about the World of Warcraft is the substance the world offers, the lore and the tales, the fantastical world, it's like a novel I can thoroughly enjoy at my own pace, but as for mechanics and systems are concerned, well, in those I find nothing exciting and at times it diminished that substance of enjoyment I cull from my playing experiences.

How about you or are you still hooked on mining in Eve?
